Eloralintide is an investigational, selective amylin-receptor agonist. A phase 2 trial evaluated once-weekly fixed doses of 1, 3, 6, and 9 mg, along with escalation arms, for 48 weeks. An earlier proof-of-concept study evaluated once-weekly subcutaneous administration over 12 weeks, while a discovery report described single 4 mg and 12 mg doses.
